The most part of our guests land to Pisa airport, someone to Milan or Rome , depending to the flying company . Pisa's railway station is just close to the airport (really a few minutes walk, easy even with luggage)  From there you can take a lot of trains  with only one connection in La Spezia where you have to change with a regional train to Manarola .
​From Pisa to Manarola you  will take about 2 hours. 
From Milan or from Rome you will have about four hours by train but, in both cases, the airports are about one hour far from the railway station !!!
